Technical Audits:
Diving equipment operates in some of the harshest environments, so maintaining it to recognised standards through a planned maintenance system is essential. The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) Code of Practice sets out the requirements for the examination, testing and certification of diving plant and equipment, and the Diving Equipment Systems Inspection Guidance Notes (DESIGN) outline examples of good practice for inspection and testing. Our auditors carry out a detailed physical inspection of the dive systems within the audit scope and cross-reference each asset with PMS certification to confirm that maintenance has been completed correctly and to the required standard. IMCA and ADC guidance notes form the basis of all technical audits we undertake.
